Over two decades spent in the kitchen, with unmatched experiences from all over the world, and influences from just about every revered cuisine around the globe, Chef Iosif Gannitsopoulos has dedicated his time to developing the Roe + Bone menu methodically and carefully – for all of us to enjoy. A menu that, when you browse through it, you see it for what it is: a love letter to simple, good food. When asked about his process, Chef Iosif mentioned that the menu is like a living, breathing organism – and it depends on his pre-existing philosophy of modern Mediterranean cuisine with Latin American and Asian influences. Through this menu, we see Chef Iosif’s life story unfolding right before our eyes and our plates – traditional recipes with modern techniques from around the world creating the tradition of tomorrow, with new memories on the horizon.
